JRAL Construction LLC formed in 2016. Together, John & Rob, have effectively made JRAL Construction LLC a growing and successful company with their shared passion for meeting and succeeding their customers’ wishes and expectations for projects on job sites and behind the scenes with their support staff and customer service.

John Alley
Member & GC Supervisor
John has been a general contractor for over 20+ years. Over those years he has spearheaded a number of commercial projects in multiple states. These projects have included McDonald’s, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Smashburger, Fox & Hound, Pizza Huts among others. When not overseeing multiple projects to ensure an on time and on budget completion, John enjoys spending time with his 6 children, 9 grandchildren as well as fishing and hunting.
Rob Lane
Member
Rob is a licensed attorney in the State of Kansas and has maintained a general law practice, with an office in Butler County, for over 18 years. He has served as the Butler County Bar president, the Big Brothers Big Sister of Butler County board president, and has served on the boards of the SBA Hospital Foundation and El Dorado YMCA. Rob also serves on the school board for El Dorado USD 490. Rob’s background in small business and experience in the legal field both combine to enable to perform a variety of services for JRAL Construction. When not working for his clients or assisting in JRAL’s commercial projects, Rob enjoys to play golf, follow his favorite teams, and spend time with family.
Darcie Gomez
Supervising Office Manager
Darcie is an invaluable piece to the JRAL puzzle. Her employment experience ranges from retail to banking but for several years she was the office manager and legal assistant for a law firm in Sedgwick County before accepting the same role for a Butler County firm so she could stay closer to home. Darcie excels in customer service areas and logistics as well as maintaining accurate and up to date accounting for projects. When not making sure multiple businesses are running smoothly, Darcie manages the office as well as manages her home that includes her husband, 2 young sons and 1 infant daughter.
Justin Fooshee
Site Superintendent
Justin came on board with JRAL in 2018 as our primary site supervisor. He came to us with extensive experience in the HVAC world and has worked on a number of large commercial projects in the Midwest. Justin’s commitment to detail and organization have been a welcome addition to our team. When not on-site for JRAL, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and son as well as golfing whenever possible.
