Cost analysis occurs at all phases of the budgeting process. Our pre-construction team utilizes our historical cost data to provide “value engineering” ideas to resolve budget problems and offer alternatives that do not compromise the quality, scope or nature of the design.
Construction
JRAL Construction provides complete project management of the construction process including weekly construction meetings, information management, requests for information (RFI’s), requests for proposals (RFP’s), proposed changes (PC’s), meeting minutes, shop drawings review & tracking and submittal log information.
Post-Construction
The final 5% of any project is just as important as the first. We realize that often times contractors “move on” to another project before they have completely satisfied their current commitments. At JRAL Construction, we pride ourselves in achieving 100% completion and owner satisfaction.
